SAP Fieldglass – End-to-End Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead and support end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, from business requirements and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, contingent workforce processes, integrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand contingent workforce, Statement of Work (SOW), and external workforce management requirements.
- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows based on business and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, approval processes, user roles, permissions, rate structures, business rules, notifications, and master data.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, HR systems, procurement systems, identity management, and third-party applications.
- Support integration design using appropriate SAP Fieldglass integration capabilities, including APIs and file-based interfaces.
- Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify and resolve functional issues, integration defects, and production incidents.
- Prepare implementation documentation, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts,



training materials, and knowledge-transfer documents.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, integration teams, business users, vendors, and other technology teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide post-go-live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass consulting/implementation, with experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.
- Valuable understanding of Contingent Workforce Management, SOW, Services Procurement, and/or Direct Hire processes.
- Experience with Fieldglass workflows, approvals, business rules, security, master data, and reporting.
- Robust understanding of integration concepts, APIs, file-based integrations, and enterprise system interfaces.
- Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA/ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR/procurement platforms is preferred.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, defect management, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation activities across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Fieldglass certification or relevant SAP Fieldglass training.
- Experience working on global rollouts, multi-country implementations, or large enterprise transformations.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and enterprise middleware such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAP Activate implementation methodologies.
