Role Description

Must Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration:

- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects.
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
- Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations.




- Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
- Ability to provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Good to Have Skills
- SAP S/4HANA Certification.
- Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes.
- Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
- Exposure to Group Reporting.
- Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN).
- Solid stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and user-training skills.
- Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
