We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant to join our team and provide L2/L3 functional support in a production environment.

? What You’ll Do

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI/CO and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Support GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Tax & Financial Closing processes.
- Handle CO-CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing & CO-PA.
- Perform RCA and drive permanent resolution of recurring issues.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across FICO, MM, SD & PP.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests and change requests using ServiceNow/Jira or similar ITSM tools.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work with business users, technical teams and global stakeholders on enhancements and continuous improvements.





? What You Bring

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional support/AMS.
- Good knowledge of FI & CO configuration and business processes.
- Solid understanding of SAP integration with MM/SD.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global support environment.

⭐ Good to Have

- SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Knowledge of Fiori, IDocs, APIs and SAP interfaces.
- Exposure to SAP Central Finance.
- SAP FICO certification.
