Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Controlling / Product Costing (CO-PC) end-to-end implementation. In this role, you will lead and execute the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP CO business solutions, with a heavy emphasis on Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Cost Center Accounting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, PP, SD), and project managers to streamline finance operations and deliver robust management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Lifecycle Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP CO modules (AS-IS analysis, TO-BE blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support).
- Product Costing (CO-PC): Design and configure Product Cost Planning (CO-PC-PCP), Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC-OBJ), Actual Costing/Material Ledger (CO-PC-ACT), inventory valuation, WIP calculations, and variance analysis.
- Core Controlling Sub-modules: Configure and manage Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-OM-OPA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis), and Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA / FI-PCA).
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and adjacent modules, particularly PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution),



and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Business Analysis & Blueprinting: Gather and analyze complex business requirements, conduct workshops, translate business needs into functional specifications, and design target operating models.
- Testing & Training: Develop test scenarios, write test scripts (UAT, Integration Testing), lead testing cycles, and deliver end-user training and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement & Support: Provide L3/L4 functional support, resolve complex issues during month-end/year-end closing, and identify system optimization opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Direct Experience: Minimum 12 full-cycle end-to-end SAP CO implementations with a mandatory focus on SAP Product Costing (CO-PC).
- SAP CO Technical Expertise: Robust configuration skills in:
- Product Cost Planning (Costing Sheets, BOM/Routing Evaluation, Costing Run).
- Cost Object Controlling (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, WIP, Variances).
- Material Ledger / Actual Costing.
- Cost Center Accounting & Internal Orders.
- Cross-Module Knowledge: Deep understanding of integration touchpoints between SAP CO and MM/PP/SD/FI (e.g., movement types, account determination, activity types, routing rates).
- Closing Operations: Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP Controlling.
