About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Platform & SSO Consultant to own and deliver administration, integration, monitoring, and support activities across SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Datasphere, SAP cloud services, and enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP cloud platforms, identity management, cloud connectivity, and security integration. In this role, you will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of SAP cloud environments.

You will be responsible for cloud administration, access management, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing advisory activities across enterprise SAP landscapes.

What You'll Do:

- Configure, administer, monitor, and support SAP Cloud ALM environments for implementation and operational use cases.
- Manage SAP Datasphere tenant administration, user access, connectivity, monitoring, and operational support activities.
- Administer SAP cloud services including Destinations, Connectivity Services, Certificates, Identity Services, Service Configurations.
- Design, configure, and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across SAP and enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain trust relationships between SAP cloud applications and identity providers.
- Support Identity and Access Management activities including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
- Implement and troubleshoot SAML 2.0, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication mechanisms.
- Monitor cloud service health, performance, availability, and operational readiness.
- Investigate and resolve connectivity, access, authentication, and integration issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring incidents.
- Coordinate with security, network, infrastructure, functional, and application teams to resolve complex cross-platform issues.
- Support incident, service request, change management, and release management activities.
- Develop implementation plans, configuration documentation, operational procedures,



and support runbooks.
- Prepare testing evidence, implementation documents, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Participate in customer workshops and provide technical recommendations.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and operational updates to stakeholders.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5-8 years of SAP technology experience with strong exposure to SAP cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience administering SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience supporting SAP Datasphere environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP cloud service administration and operations.
- Experience monitoring and managing cloud-based SAP platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud platform and service-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM implementation and operational support.
- Experience managing monitoring, alerts, business processes, and operational dashboards.
- Knowledge of SAP Datasphere administration, connectivity, and access management.
- Experience supporting cloud analytics and data management environments.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and performance optimization practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise identity and access management concepts.
- Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML 2.0, OAuth, Identity Federation, Trust Configuration, Certificate Management.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle and access governance processes.
- Experience with role-based access control frameworks.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization models.
- Experience configuring and supporting secure cloud connectivity.
- Knowledge of Identity Providers (IdP), User Provisioning, Security Policies, Certificate Management, Secure Connectivity.




- Experience troubleshooting authentication and integration issues.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and governance controls.
- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Familiarity with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAP Cloud Connector, Hybrid SAP Landscapes.
- Understanding of cloud integration concepts and enterprise connectivity requirements.
- Experience supporting integrated SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Experience supporting Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request Management.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based operational processes.
- Experience maintaining operational documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.
