Position: SAP Business Analyst (SAP FI)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP FI and financial business processes. The candidate will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support SAP Finance and Data Warehouse initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Work on SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Analyze financial processes and prepare As-Is and To-Be process flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with SAP, Data Warehouse, and other teams on ETL mappings, source-to-target mappings, and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate integrations across SAP FI, CO, MM, SD and third-party applications.
- Analyze and resolve data and interface-related issues.
- Support Functional Testing, SIT, UAT,



and production validation.
- Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting SAP Finance and Data Warehouse issues.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, process flows, user guides, and training documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery, change management, user training, deployments, and continuous improvements.
- Maintain regular communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP Business Analyst experience
- Strong SAP FI / SAP Finance knowledge
- GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
- Requirement gathering and functional documentation
- As-Is / To-Be process mapping
- SAP FI/CO/MM/SD integration
- Data Warehouse / ETL / Source-to-Target mapping
- SIT / UAT / Functional Testing
- Production support and troubleshooting
- BRD and Functional Specification preparation
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
