We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC Lead to spearhead strategic financial planning initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation solutions, ensuring robust financial reporting and seamless month-end closing processes. This position demands a visionary leader capable of designing complex integrated planning frameworks while managing critical client relationships and overseeing production support operations. The role is instrumental in aligning technical SAP BPC capabilities with broader organizational budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation goals to deliver high-impact functional consulting and solution architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and functional implementation of SAP BPC environments, including Core, Standard, and Embedded variants.
- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting structures and streamline the month-end close procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and manage integrated planning processes that encompass budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
- Provide expert functional consulting and solution design to address complex business requirements and optimize system performance.
- Manage ongoing production support and operational activities to maintain system stability and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering solid stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in financial planning and analysis through continuous process improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the IT Services industry, with a focus on SAP technologies.
- Proven expertise in Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, and Integrated Planning Processes.
- Deep technical proficiency in SAP BPC Implementation, including hands-on experience with Core, Standard, and Embedded versions.
- Demonstrated capability in Solution Design and Functional Consulting within a financial planning context.
- Strong background in managing Production Support and Operations for enterprise-level SAP BPC systems.
- Exceptional skills in Client Handling and Stakeholder Management, with a track record of delivering successful consulting engagements.
