We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our salon, lead the team, drive revenue and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong salon operations, team management and sales skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead, motivate and manage salon staff including hairstylists, beauticians, therapists and support staff.
- Achieve monthly revenue, service and retail sales targets.
- Monitor individual staff performance and productivity.
- Drive customer acquisition, repeat visits and customer retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships and retail products.
- Monitor daily sales, cash collections, appointments and salon performance.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with the central team for stock requirements.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and salon presentation.
- Manage staff attendance, schedules, leave and shift allocation.
- Identify training and development requirements for team members.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of recent staff.




- Implement promotional offers and local marketing activities to increase salon footfall.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in salon, beauty, spa, retail or similar service industry.
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager / Assistant Manager / Branch Manager preferred.
- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and revenue.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve operational issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, billing and daily reporting.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in branded salons will be preferred.
