Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Faridabad. The Salesperson will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and present Ad Urgency’s range of promotional and advertising solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and following up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings, monitoring market trends and meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics.





Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify prospects, convert leads and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of marketing, brand promotion and advertising concepts across online and offline channels.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage pipelines and prepare sales materials.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, travel locally for client meetings, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in advertising, media, or marketing) is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Must have an experience of minimum 5 years or above in same industry.
