Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Salesperson will engage with prospective learners and families, explain iTurn’s services, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries (phone, messaging, and walk-ins), conducting outbound calls to leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and following up to close enrollments.

The role also involves coordinating with instructors and operations staff to ensure smooth scheduling, collecting feedback from learners, and suggesting improvements to sales processes. The Salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, represent the brand professionally,



and contribute to local marketing activities such as events, partnerships, and community outreach.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain services, build trust, and handle questions from diverse learners and families.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, to support learners throughout the enrollment and lesson process.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience or interest in lead handling, follow-ups, closing deals, and working toward defined sales targets.
- Basic computer and mobile-app proficiency, including using CRM tools or spreadsheets, managing schedules, and handling digital communications.
- Ability to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively with instructors and operations team members.
- Prior experience in retail, education services, or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in local languages and English, and familiarity with Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram markets, will be beneficial.
