Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect with strong telecom domain expertise to lead enterprise Salesforce Industries implementations.

Key Skills:

- Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity
- OmniStudio: OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
- EPC, CPQ, COM & CLM
- Telecom OSS/BSS, Order Management & Fulfilment
- MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs & API-led Integration
- TM Forum, SID, eTOM & Open APIs
- Apex, LWC, Salesforce Architecture & Security
- Technical Architecture, Code Reviews & Team Leadership

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong experience as a Technical/Solution Architect




- Hands-on Salesforce Communications Cloud/Vlocity experience
- Strong telecom and integration architecture experience
- Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
- Solid client-facing and communication skills
