We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect, with solid expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL). The role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical delivery, and driving FSL implementations.
➡️ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce technical architecture and solution design for Field Service (FSL) implementations.
- Design and implement FSL solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling & Optimization, Dispatching, Service Resources, Territories, Skills, and Mobile.
- Must have hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Must be have hands-on development experience along with designing, integration and implementation.
