About the Role

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Specialists to support a critical project focused on applying real-world Salesforce expertise to the development and improvement of next-generation AI systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, business workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and CRM data management.

You will contribute practical Salesforce knowledge and help ensure that AI systems understand and perform Salesforce-related workflows accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Work hands-on with Salesforce CRM and core CRM processes.
- Manage and configure Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and related Salesforce objects.
- Build and manage Salesforce Flows and workflow automation.
- Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business and operational requirements.
- Perform CRM data management, including data quality, organization, validation, and maintenance.
- Configure Salesforce according to business workflows and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend appropriate configurations or improvements.
- Work with validation rules, approval processes, automation, and other Salesforce functionality as applicable.
- Document Salesforce processes, configurations, and workflow requirements clearly.
- Provide practical domain expertise to support AI training and evaluation initiatives.
- Collaborate remotely with project and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.

- Contacts
- Accounts
- Opportunities
- Salesforce Flow
- Workflow Automation
- Reports & Dashboards
- CRM Data Management
- Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce workflows/configurations.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and business operations.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications are preferred but not mandatory, including:

- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I/II
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
- Advanced Administrator
- Other relevant Salesforce certifications

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds is a plus. Who Should Apply?
