Job title : Salesforce QA Engineer

OSI Digital is looking for Salesforce QA Engineer to work on new implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects. Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
- Validate Salesforce moduleslike Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Execute test cases and report defects using tools like Jira Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
- Validate Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations
- PerformAPI testing and integration testing with third-party systems
- Support release cycles and production deployments.

Required Skills





- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce application testing
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM – Sales & Service clouds
- Experience working with Salesforce workbench
- Strong hands on experience in all stages of STLC - test planning, test design, test case creation, test case execution, defect reporting, requirement analysis, test estimation
- Collaborate with the development team for defects resolution
- Collaborate with product owners for requirements understanding and clarifications
- Design and create test cases based on the functional requirements
- Execute test cases and defect reporting
- Strong experience in Functional testing – Smoke testing, regression testing, retesting, Cross browser / device compatibility testing, API testing
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction & status reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
