We are seeking a 6+ years experienced highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires robust hands‑on technical skills in Apex, Lightning development, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with modern engineering practices such as Git version control, CI/CD, and AI‑assisted development tools.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, architecture, and business stakeholders - to deliver robust, high‑quality Salesforce applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous jobs.

Build scalable Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Visualforce pages.

Develop and optimize SOQL / SOSL queries for complex business use cases.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.

Implement workflow automation using Flows, and Apex automation patterns.

Create and manage Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types, and Page Layouts.

Lead data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.

Write comprehensive unit tests, ensuring code coverage and maintainability.

Drive deployment processes using metadata/APIs, packages, or CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions, etc.).





Manage codebase using Git and GitHub, following branching and review best practices.

Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, scalability, and multi‑org strategy.

Implement and enforce Salesforce Security Model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Evaluate and leverage Salesforce products and clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI tools to enhance development productivity.

Contribute to Agentforce and AI‑driven solution development, applying Salesforce’s AI/LLM capabilities.

Understand LLM concepts (prompt engineering, model behavior, AI-assisted workflows) to build next-gen Salesforce features.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support production releases.
