Your work profile

As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise DocuSign eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions integrated with business applications.

- You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable DocuSign solutions.
- You'll take responsibility for delivering workstreams and project objectives while adhering to Deloitte quality standards.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement DocuSign eSignature, CLM, Gen, and Agreement Workflow solutions.
- Configure and manage DocuSign templates, envelopes, recipient routing, authentication methods, and approval workflows.
- Develop integrations between DocuSign and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations using DocuSign REST APIs, Connect Webhooks, SDKs, REST services, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design automated document generation, contract lifecycle, and digital signature processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document workflows, integrations, deployments, and production environments.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, solution designs, and deployment processes.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements for electronic signatures and document management.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues and contribute to mitigation and resolution plans.
- Build reusable integration frameworks, technical components, and best practices within the DocuSign practice.
- Stay updated on DocuSign product releases, new capabilities, AI-powered features, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

- 2–10 years of relevant software development experience, including 1+ years of hands-on DocuSign experience.
- Solid experience with DocuSign eSignature APIs, CLM, Gen, and Agreement Workflows.
- Experience implementing DocuSign integrations with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and web services.
- Experience with DocuSign for Salesforce is preferred.
- Knowledge of DocuSign IAM, CLM, and Gen is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, eIDAS, and ESIGN Act.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
