Position: Salesforce Developers

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce platform development and customization, with the ability to deliver robust and scalable solutions to meet business needs.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with our business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring logical closure and delivering high-

quality results.

Review code for compliance with best practices and standards.

Perform Salesforce programming using Apex and customize applications using

Salesforce tools.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and extend functionality using

AppExchange apps.

Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.

Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Apply high-quality software engineering practices for the agile development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management,

build processes, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, explain technical designs, and describe product features.

Work on LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Lightning Aura Components development.





Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

Optimize and improve existing Salesforce applications and processes.

Develop and implement Salesforce triggers, workflows, and approval processes to support business functions.

Perform data migrations, implement data models, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations to leverage new functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex,

Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, process builder, and validation rules.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.

Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce sales cloud and service cloud.

Familiarity with contemporary web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML,

CSS).

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployments.
