Your work profile

- As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Agent force solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Configure and customize Agent force, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and code reviews.
- Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, governance standards,



and deployment processes.

Key skills required:

- Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
- Strong experience with Agent force, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions using Agent force, Einstein Copilot, or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Good understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent force solutions.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II, AI Specialist, or Agent force Specialist certifications are preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in implementing Salesforce solutions
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
