Role & Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automations aligned with business KPIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools, payment gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Workato.
- Lead code reviews,



enforce Salesforce development best practices, and deliver unit tests with >85% coverage.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Support deployment cycles via Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and manage sandbox environments.
