Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Solution Architect / Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ / Revenue Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments. The role requires solid hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture, B2B Commerce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, integrations, Apex, LWC, APIs, data architecture, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Design scalable solutions covering:
- B2B storefronts
- Product catalogs
- Pricing
- Product configuration
- Quoting
- Cart and checkout
- Order management
- Architect CPQ / Revenue Cloud solutions supporting complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Prepare Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, and High-Level Design documents.
- Design and oversee Salesforce integrations with SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Define integration patterns using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture where applicable.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and technical team members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, technical teams, and senior leadership.
- Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Support data architecture, data migration, deployment, and production readiness activities.




- Drive best practices around DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Salesforce development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect / Solution Architect / Lead Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Robust experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data migration.
- Experience with Salesforce security, scalability, performance, and architecture best practices.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction to development teams.

Required Certification

- Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect – Required

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
- Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Specialist – Preferred
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist – Preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be an experienced Salesforce Architect who can independently handle enterprise Salesforce architecture, B2B Commerce, CPQ / Revenue Cloud, integrations, security, data architecture, and technical leadership.

Candidates with experience in large-scale B2B Commerce, Quote-to-Cash, SAP/ERP integrations, and enterprise Salesforce transformation programs will be preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹2,127,829.83 per month
