As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for process solution designing, project design and monitoring, product development and delivery, product testing, and training and handholding.

Roles and Responsibilities
¢ As a Business Analyst,
you will work alongside technical leads and salesforce developers to design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions.
¢ Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
¢ Analyse requirements and identify appropriate user stories.
¢ Create supporting documentation for requirements.
¢ Ensure all customer conversations are recorded and need to follow up with customers & the technical team.
¢ Be the liaison between the business team, technical team, and clients.
