Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test EngineerLocation: IndiaJob Summary:We are looking for experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation and testing initiative. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce testing with the ability to drive testing activities in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end testing for Salesforce (SFDC) applications and integrations
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail and testing best practices
- Provide regular updates and proactively communicate risks,



blockers, and mitigation plansRequired Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) automation tools
- Experience in test automation frameworks and regression testing
- Experience in AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI or similar
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with defect management and test management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSoft Skills Required:
