About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who has a strong background in hands-on sales and has transitioned into sales training/coaching. The ideal candidate should understand the sales process from the ground up and be confident in training sales teams, evaluating sales calls, and improving individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training for sales teams across prospecting, cold calling, discovery, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, call shadowing, and sales coaching sessions.
- Audit and evaluate recorded/live sales calls using defined quality parameters and provide actionable feedback.
- Identify recurring skill gaps and create targeted refresher training.
- Develop sales training material, playbooks, scripts, objection-handling guides, and email templates.
- Coach sales teams on communication, business etiquette, questioning, presentations, and follow-up.
- Train teams on CRM usage, lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales processes.
- Work with sales managers on performance improvement and new-hire onboarding.
- Track training effectiveness through call scores, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For





- 6+ years of total experience, with strong prior hands-on B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with sales call auditing/quality evaluation.
- Robust understanding of the complete sales cycle and objection handling.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Exposure to US/UK or international sales is preferred.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office in the 2 PM–11 PM UK shift.

Good to Have

- Experience with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler, or Challenger.
- Sales training/coaching certification.
- Experience designing sales assessments, e-learning, or training programs.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
