Experience: 3–6 years in Automobile Sales/Training
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and sales training for showroom sales teams.
- Train staff on Hyundai products, features, sales process, and customer handling.
- Identify training gaps and improve sales performance.
- Conduct role-plays, assessments, and refresher training.
- Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
