Sr. Marketing & Sales Support Executive

Reporting To: Director / VP – Sales & Marketing

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage sales enquiries, quotations, offers and customer follow-ups.
- Handle Government Tenders, GeM opportunities and tender documentation.
- Coordinate customer POs, order processing, delivery and internal departments.
- Maintain Sales, Enquiry, Order, Collection & Outstanding MIS.
- Coordinate billing, invoice submission and payment follow-ups.
- Support vendor registration, AMC coordination and customer documentation.
- Manage sales/marketing databases, presentations, brochures and price lists.
- Support IndiaMART, email marketing, exhibitions and other marketing activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.
- Graduate; BBA/B.Com preferred.
- Experience in Tenders, GeM, EPC/Consultant coordination preferred.
- Strong communication,



follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email & CRM/ERP.
- Advanced Excel/MIS knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in Industrial / Security / Engineering / Infrastructure / Automation preferred.
