Role Description The Sales Support Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. In this position, the individual will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads, orders, and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the design and operations teams, updating customers on project status, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The role also involves assisting with showroom walk-ins, explaining product features, supporting basic sales documentation,



and contributing to a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact through post-sale support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills, such as lead tracking, basic order processing, and coordination with internal teams.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office or similar tools and the ability to manage spreadsheets and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in interior design, furniture, or home improvement sales support is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
