Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kolhapur.
The Sales
Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key duties include executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service,
delivering product training to clients, and working collaboratively with the sales management team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue objectives
Experience in Training clients on products and services to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Proficiency in sales-related software and CRM tools is a plus
