Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining pricing and terms, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation and closure of transactions.



The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and contributing to team targets and revenue goals.

The Sales

Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales meetings and trainings, and uphold Propshop’s standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to convert leads, meet targets, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to absorb product knowledge quickly and contribute to team learning and performance.
- Candidates should possess solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with local property markets and regulations.
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial; candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Noida and meeting flexible client schedules.
