We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Karol Bagh who will be responsible for front-end marketing, customer interaction, query handling, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, well-spoken, and comfortable dealing directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers and provide product-related information.
- Handle and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal sales team.
- Support front-end marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Assist in day-to-day store coordination and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain basic sales/customer records and reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the store.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of client/customer handling.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with experience in the mobile accessories, electronics, consumer products, or similar industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a confident personality may also be considered.
