Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Representative role based in Bargarh.

The Sales

Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, present products and services, and provide guidance to help clients choose solutions that fit their needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting in-person meetings, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with the design and operations teams, and assisting in after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

contribute to local marketing activities, and represent Masterpiece Design professionally within the Bargarh area.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening and solution-oriented communication.
- Basic business, marketing, and branding understanding to effectively position products and services.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using phone, email, and basic computer tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or contact tracking software).
- Ability to work on-site in Bargarh, interact face-to-face with clients, and travel locally as required.
- Fluency in local language(s) and English for clear communication with diverse customers.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, interiors, or design-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
