We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive the adoption of GHOST among businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a genuine interest in technology, and the ability to understand and communicate the value of AI-powered software to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, email, WhatsApp, networking, and other sales channels.
- Prospect and engage with business owners, decision-makers, and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities where AI and automation can add value.
- Present and demonstrate GHOST and its capabilities to prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and business value.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Stay updated with AI technologies, SaaS products, automation tools, and developments in the technology industry.

RequirementsEssential




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Basic proficiency with computers and digital software.
- Willingness to learn and understand AI-powered products.

Preferred
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, or technology sales.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI tools, automation, or SaaS platforms.
- Experience conducting software or product demonstrations.
- Understanding of business processes and how technology can improve them.
- Existing B2B networks or experience dealing with business owners.
- Prior experience in selling technology products or services.

Compensation Base Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Additional Performance-Based Incentives The role includes a performance-based incentive structure linked to sales performance. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to significantly increase their monthly earnings through incentives.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven, and interested in technology.

You do not need to be an AI engineer or technical developer. However, you should be capable of learning how AI software works and explaining its practical business benefits to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
