Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and generate new business opportunities for our restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate and event business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, events, parties, and group bookings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote restaurant offerings, packages, banquet/event facilities, and special promotions.
- Conduct regular client visits and sales calls to generate leads and business.
- Handle enquiries related to corporate events, parties, celebrations, and group dining.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients until confirmation.
- Coordinate with the restaurant operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure repeat business.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, networking events, and corporate outreach programs.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- Hands on experience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel, banquet, or related sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and corporate outreach.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
- Experience in corporate sales, event sales, or restaurant/banquet sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
