We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customers’ requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through calling, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, hardworking, and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer interaction. Prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales-oriented industries will be an added advantage.
