About Lawcubator

Lawcubator is a SaaS platform helping organizations streamline HR and business processes through technology. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our sales pipeline through outbound and inbound lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Conduct prospecting and follow-ups to create sales opportunities.
- Understand prospect needs and communicate Lawcubator's value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on business need, company profile, decision-making authority, and fit.
- Handle initial objections and schedule qualified product demos/meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Consistently achieve outreach, qualified meeting, and pipeline targets.

Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, BDE, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident speaking with new people and senior decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
- Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
- B2B SaaS/HR-tech sales experience is an advantage.
