Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Trading Executive to support our solar sales and trading operations.

The role will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, quotations, orders, procurement, vendor communication, dispatches, and sales documentation. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other documents.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, technical, procurement, finance, and installation teams.
- Coordinate purchase and sale of solar panels, inverters, batteries, structures, cables, and other materials.
- Obtain supplier prices, compare quotations, negotiate rates, and maintain trading margins.
- Track stock, orders, payments,



dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate material requirements with project/installation teams.
- Maintain sales records, CRM/Excel data, and prepare regular MIS reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, trading, procurement, or solar/electrical industry.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic commercial calculations.
- Understanding of solar products and market pricing will be an advantage.
- Robust coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
