Eléva Cosmetics is a growing cosmetics and beauty brand looking for a hardworking and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to support our daily order operations as well as wholesale sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

Order & Amazon Operations

- Pack and prepare daily customer orders for dispatch.
- Handle order processing for our Amazon seller account and other online orders.
- Check products, quantities, labels, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely order pickup.
- Maintain basic records of orders, dispatches, and inventory.
- Assist with stock checking and maintaining proper inventory.

Wholesale & Field Sales

- Visit local markets, cosmetic shops, retailers, distributors, and other potential wholesale customers.
- Generate new wholesale leads and develop business relationships.
- Present Eléva Cosmetics products to retailers and potential customers.
- Take wholesale orders and follow up with existing customers.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers and wholesale clients.
- Work towards achieving assigned wholesale sales targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, and competitors.

General Operations

- Support day-to-day business operations at the office.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of products and stock.




- Prepare basic daily sales and operations reports.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and sales operations.
- Perform other duties related to sales and operations as required.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, operations, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable visiting markets and meeting retailers in person.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle physical work such as packing and organizing orders.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
- Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or wholesale sales will be a plus.
