Role Description The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mirzapur. This position is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting Ulink Agritech’s products and services to farmers and channel partners. Day-to-day activities include visiting designated territories, conducting product demonstrations, explaining benefits and usage, and supporting customers with post-sale service.

The Sales

Officer will manage sales operations, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities,



and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The role also involves building strong relationships with local retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to expand market reach and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, preferably in agritech, agri-inputs, or FMCG sectors.
- Capability in Lead Generation through field visits, local networking, and proactive outreach.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and farmer needs in rural markets.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage territory-based responsibilities.
- Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and customer engagement.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mirzapur and nearby areas and work in field conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and a collaborative work approach.
