We are looking from Retails Sales & HORECA Sales

Mandatory : 2 wheeler

Job Purpose :

To drive commercial business development by engaging directly with end-users to secure current sales orders. The role focuses on expanding LPG product penetration across the Retail, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), Institutional, and Industrial sectors while demonstrating corporate integrity and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

- Business Development: Actively discover and identify potential sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
- End-to-End Account Management: Drive customer acquisition from lead identification through delivery planning, commercial negotiation, and final contract closure.
- Sales Targets: Strategize daily and weekly activities to ensure targeted sales milestones are consistently achieved.
- Promotional Activities: Plan, conduct, and monitor corporate promotional campaigns to increase brand reach.
- Client Retention: Ensure All Time Availability (ATA)



to address consumer demands and provide top-tier support.
- Market Tracking: Update management with timely data on competitor actions, market trends, and month-on-month outlet performance growth.

Operational Requirements

- Field Penetration: Mandatorily visit 15 to 20 business outlets daily.
- Travel: Ownership and operation of a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Education: Minimum of any formal Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Telugu is required, along with conversational proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Territory Execution: Ability to navigate multiple distinct markets within a day and prioritize workflow route setups efficiently.
- Problem Solving: A highly proactive attitude equipped to handle complex customer queries and field complaints immediately.
