Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Officer to drive sales for our pesticide-free product range under DeHaat Honest Farms.



The ideal candidate will expand our retail footprint, onboard new distributors, and ensure robust sales performance across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve annual primary and secondary sales targets.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely processing of claims, NOCs, and accurate SFA reporting.
- Manage inventory levels, market outstandings, and overdue payments.
- Drive promoter performance, reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute consumer engagement activities and market expansion initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 0- 3 yrs of experience

Skills:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results oriented.
