Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Identify and reach out to potential merchants in your assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct merchant meetings in coordination with your reporting lead.
- Understand merchant needs and present the right business solutions.
- Build long-term merchant relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive merchant onboarding and adoption of our digital solutions.
- Generate leads through field activities, networking and market visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity metrics.




- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with internal teams and reporting managers to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and activation.
- Gather market insights and share feedback to help shape business strategy.
