Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS reports
- Track sales targets, leads, calls, meetings, conversions and revenue
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets, CRM and sales databases
- Prepare salesperson-wise and team-wise performance reports
- Create dashboards and management reports
- Identify data errors and maintain accurate records
- Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in Sales MIS,
Sales Reporting or Sales Operations preferred
- Good communication and attention to detail
