We are seeking a target-driven and experienced DSA Loans Manager to expand our retail/unsecured/secured asset portfolio across Bengaluru. You will act as the primary bridge between the financial institution and external Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), loan connectors, and financial freelancers. Your core mission is to scale loan sourcing volumes (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property - LAP) while maintaining high portfolio quality and strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing DSA networks, sub-brokers, and direct referral partners across key micro-markets in Bengaluru (e.g., Whitefield, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Electronic City).

- Build long-term, profitable skilled relationships with existing channel partners to ensure primary mindshare and continuous deal flow.

- Business Generation & Target Achievement:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement and revenue targets through the DSA channel.

- Track daily/weekly login, sanction, and disbursement metrics to bridge productivity gaps.

- Ensure high portfolio quality by initial level screening and minimizing early delinquencies (bounce/default rates) or fraudulent applications.





- Educate DSA partners on credit policies, ideal target customer profiles (TCP), and documentation standards.

- Coordinate smoothly with in-house credit, risk, and operations teams from file login to final disbursal.

- Resolve application bottlenecks, queries, or rejections efficiently.

- Monitor competitor pricing, turn-around time (TAT), and loan product offerings across Bengaluru’s lending ecosystem to suggest competitive strategies.

- Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Finance/Marketing) is an added advantage.

- Experience:

- 2–5 years of proven experience in retail asset sales (PL/BL/Mortgages/LAP) specifically managing DSA or third-party distribution channels in the Bangalore region.

- Required Skills:

- Strong local market knowledge of Bengaluru’s financial/DSA landscape.

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound understanding of credit underwriting processes, legal/technical evaluation, and banking operations.

- High mobility and readiness for extensive local field travel within Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹11,461.91 - ₹53,366.95 per month
