About the Role elSapiens is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone interested in B2B sales, SaaS products, lead generation, customer communication, and business development.

You will work closely with potential customers, understand their requirements, demonstrate our products, and support the sales process from lead engagement through closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Address basic customer questions and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Support the sales process and work towards converting qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the elCRM.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.

You will be involved in promoting and demonstrating our SaaS products:

- elPos – Point of Sale
- elNudge – Customer engagement and communication
- elHr – HR management
- elCRM – Customer relationship management





What We're Looking For

- Must be based in Kerala.
- Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.
- Confidence and comfort in speaking with prospective customers.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Willingness to learn SaaS products and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers and students with relevant interest are welcome to apply.

Stipend & Benefits

- Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on achievement of predefined performance and sales targets.

Internship Duration

1 month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
