Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for field-based lead generation. The role primarily involves door-to-door marketing, direct customer interaction and generating genuine solar leads from residential and commercial prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door field visits in assigned areas to promote solar solutions.
- Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers.
- Explain solar solutions, benefits, basic pricing and available options to prospects.
- Generate genuine and qualified leads through direct field interaction.
- Collect accurate customer details, requirements and site information.
- Identify customers interested in installing solar systems and schedule follow-ups/site visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with generated leads until they are handed over to the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of field visits,



leads generated and customer responses.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Represent Soltrac Power professionally during all field activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with door-to-door and field sales activities.
- Ability to approach new customers and initiate conversations.
- Good convincing and lead-generation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Electrical or Renewable Energy will be preferred.

Office/Field Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
