Role Description The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote Rupal Plastics’ engineering and specialty polymers in target markets. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential customers, conducting market and competitor analysis, generating leads, and managing client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.

The role involves managing company sales, negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and providing feedback from the market to support product positioning. The executive will also support marketing campaigns, participate in industry events, and create presentations and reports to track performance. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in industrial or B2B sales, in polymers, plastics, or related materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
