Risknox is an AI-powered cyber risk intelligence and insurtech startup headquartered in Kochi, with operations across India, GCC. We help organisations understand, quantify and reduce their cyber risk, and we help insurers and brokers underwrite it with confidence.

The role

We're looking for a driven early-career professional to own our pipeline from first touch to qualified meeting. You'll coordinate day-to-day sales and marketing activity, generate and nurture leads, and work directly with the founder and leadership team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be one person in a large sales floor. You'll help build how we sell.

What you'll do

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, events, partner referrals and inbound enquiries
- Research target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing and mid-market enterprises, and build prospect lists
- Book discovery calls and demos for the leadership team, and follow up consistently
- Maintain the CRM (Zoho) so every lead, conversation and next step is tracked
- Coordinate marketing activity: LinkedIn content calendar, campaigns, webinars, event participation and collateral updates
- Prepare first drafts of proposals,



pitch decks and client emails with support from the team
- Track weekly pipeline and campaign metrics and report on what's working
- Represent Risknox at industry events, summits and partner meetings

What we're looking for

- A degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science or a related field (an MBA is a plus, not a requirement)
- 0–3 years in sales, business development, marketing or a similar client-facing role. Freshers with solid internships are welcome
- Excellent written and spoken English. Malayalam, Hindi or Arabic is a plus
- Comfortable reaching out to people you don't know, and following up without being pushy
- Organised and self-driven, able to juggle multiple follow-ups and tasks without dropping any
- Curious about cybersecurity, AI or cyber insurance. You don't need to be an expert, but you should want to become one
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a CRM, or Canva is a bonus
