Role Overview

- Job Title: Marketing Executive

- Location: Field-Based / [Insert Location/Region]

- Compensation: ₹20,000 per month (In-hand salary)

- Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & Promotion: Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives to drive local engagement.

- Client & Partner Outreach: Visit prospective clients, retailers, or partners within the assigned territory to pitch Qudrat’s products and services.

- Market Research: Gather feedback from the field, analyze competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities in the local market.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.

- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on field visits, lead generation, and marketing campaign performance to the management team.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

- Mandatory Requirement: A valid Two-Wheeler Driving License along with a personal two-wheeler is strictly required for daily field travel.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.

- Good local geographic knowledge.
