Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with past experience and performance)

Mandatory Requirement: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned, aggressive, and fiercely loyal Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our market footprint across Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of field marketing campaigns, client acquisition, and relationship management. We are seeking someone who treats the company's growth as their own and brings high integrity and commitment to the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & Lead Generation: Execute on-ground marketing strategies, visit prospective clients/businesses across Bhubaneswar, and generate qualified leads.
- Client Pitching & Conversions: Present our services effectively, handle negotiations, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and strong word-of-mouth.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help management refine service offerings.
- Daily Reporting:



Maintain accurate logs of client visits, pipeline status, and sales conversions, reporting directly to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales, field marketing, or business development.
- Mandatory Asset: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike) in working condition with a valid driving license for daily field travel across Bhubaneswar.
- Core Attribute (Must-Have): Uncompromising loyalty, honesty, and high professional ethics.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, solid local geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar, and a target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
