At Alankrit, we showcase luxury heritage craftsmanship through handcrafted Lucknow Chikankari designer wear. As we scale our online footprint and physical presence, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Social Media & Marketing Associate to join our internal marketing team in Lucknow.

Role Overview

You will be the core creative engine of our marketing department—producing daily social content, maintaining active social channels, handling product photoshoots, coordinating closely with our Growth/Performance Marketer and Web Developer, and supporting general marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Content & Creative Production (Posts, Reels & Graphics)

- Reel & Video Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Shorts) highlighting fabric details, drape styling, behind-the-scenes artisan work, and trend-focused audio formats.
- Post & Visual Design: Create static posts, story layouts, graphics, and carousels using Canva or photo editing software aligned with luxury fashion aesthetics.

2. Active Social Media Management
- Publishing & Consistency: Maintain a regular, structured posting calendar across channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) to keep our online audience constantly engaged.
- Community Interaction: Reply to comments, direct messages (DMs), and brand mentions to drive audience engagement and direct sales inquiries to the team.

3. Photoshoot Management
- Shoot Logistics & Setup: Coordinate logistics for collection, catalogue, and campaign photoshoots (managing garment prep, shot lists, model styling,



and studio setup).
- On-Ground Assistance: Work directly on set during shoots to capture real-time behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, ensure image alignment, and maintain creative quality.

4. Team Coordination (Strategy & Execution)
- Performance Marketing Alignment: Work directly with the Performance Marketing Manager to understand campaign strategies and deliver required ad creative assets on time.
- Website Developer Collaboration: Coordinate with the Website Developer to provide high-resolution, web-optimised photos, banners, and video assets for site launches and catalogue updates.

5. Miscellaneous Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing collateral for pop-ups, exhibitions, or wholesale buyer catalogs.
- Support general marketing, campaign execution, and sales administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media, creating content, or assisting in marketing for e-commerce, retail, or fashion brands.
- Tools & Editing Skills: Proficient with smartphone videography/photography and mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Lightroom).
- Visual Aesthetics: A sharp eye for fashion styling, visual framing, color balance, and luxury brand presentation.
- Communication: Transparent coordination skills to work smoothly with internal team members (Marketer, Developer, Shoot crew).
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute daily to our office/studio in Lucknow.

Pay: ₹11,461.91 - ₹200,000.00 per month
