Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and promoting the company’s services to increase sales volume. The executive will conduct market research, support the creation and execution of marketing plans, and assist in organizing local promotional activities and campaigns.

Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, preparing sales presentations, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of leads,



opportunities, and customer interactions, while actively contributing ideas to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Promotion of real estate products. Should be able in Marketing to support effective campaign development and brand promotion.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and local market trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate with team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales to convert leads, negotiate agreements, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in consumer services or a related industry is preferred. Should handle documentation of Sales products.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division and travel locally .
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
